The Grillworks 36 Asador is our 36 designed for the wood grilling professional who wants generous cooking space in a relatively small footprint. We have restaurant patios and catering in mind! She has all the features of the regular Grillworks 36, plus the extras that make her an Asador. These include:
Reinforced tube inner frame - in addition to the heavy angle stainless forming the outer body of the grill, this Asador is framed on the interior in 304 tube, considerably strengthening the structure against any warping in extreme heat or the wear and tear of frequent transport.
Floating Fire Brick back - our fire brick system lines the back of this grill with removable, replaceable refractory fire bricks. The brick reflects and retains heat, steadying the grill's heat delivery. The system also provides additional protection to the outer stainless surfaces.
Raised HD rotisserie system - The crankwheel and axle are raised up and out of the way so you can rotate cuts up to 80 lbs.
Heavy duty stainless castors - Locking, NSF approved stainless steel, or upgradable to rubber turf tires for moving over lawns easily.
NSF and CE listed.
